The toilet ran for a long time after use, which was a bit annoying. I found the beds not quite as comfy as I hoped, especially the pillows. It was frustrating that the hot tub was out of order during my stay, and the indoor pool was quite cold. I didn't appreciate the dated linens either, as some had noticeable stains. The wifi was also a letdown. my cellular data was much faster. Staff were decent but didn’t seem to be aware of maintenance issues. My check-in experience was pleasant, though, and they helped me practice my Spanish, which I enjoyed. It’s a shame about the negatives because the location is great, and I’ve had way better experiences at other Hilton properties.
