The coffee maker was stocked with essentials.
It was incredibly disappointing to find the restaurant closed during my stay with no prior notice. Additional food items weren’t offered, which left me scrambling for dinner.

I had a pleasant stay with clean, quiet rooms and a tasty breakfast, but the cold oatmeal was a bit of a letdown. I'd definitely stay again!

We arrived, and they upgraded us to a better room,, with more space for the kids which was a nice surprise. The staff even helped us with extra towels at midnight for our late-night swims in the pool.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but the amenities were still acceptable.

Our family loved the location—it was super easy to get to places like the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium, keeping our two young kids entertained. The friendly staff quickly helped us with extra towels and made sure our room was comfortable throughout the stay.
My wife says that the breakfast options were limited, making it tough for families.

The lobby and common areas looked really nice and were welcoming. My mini dog was with me, and the hotel had a policy for pets, though the $75 non-refundable cleaning fee felt steep for just one night. The room, however, could use some updates. The toilet ran for a long time after use, which was a bit annoying. I found the beds not quite as comfy as I hoped, especially the pillows. It was frustrating that the hot tub was out of order during my stay, and the indoor pool was quite cold. I didn't appreciate the dated linens either, as some had noticeable stains. The wifi was also a letdown. my cellular data was much faster. Staff were decent but didn’t seem to be aware of maintenance issues. My check-in experience was pleasant, though, and they helped me practice my Spanish, which I enjoyed. It’s a shame about the negatives because the location is great, and I’ve had way better experiences at other Hilton properties.

Attentive staff swiftly resolved requests for extra items, creating a comfortable atmosphere. While the location was convenient for exploring, the breakfast experience disappointed. options were limited and the oatmeal was cold. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, but the bedding could benefit from an update. Fresh bread rolls were a delightful touch in the otherwise underwhelming dining offerings.
